My name is \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* I've been an automotive engineer since 1996 and together we're going to solve this issue.
I would say the new throttle controller has offset the pedal position sensor output so it now falls into the 'failsafe' level of operation for opening the throttle
as this function is so safety critical it is very difficult to modify anything by using a 'bolt on', normally any throttle pedal reshaping has to be done within the ECM
Do injen have successful test data from other users with the same vehicle ?
I'm assuming when you return the car to stock the issue goes away ?
do you have a scan tool that you can read the fault code with when you have this issue ?
