Q: How often should I change brake fluid?

What is the recommended interval for performing the brake system flush service? Is there any situation in which this service may need to be performed sooner than the recommended interval?

My car has 86000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

You should replace the fluid every time you do a brake job or every 3 years. The only time to get it done when not scheduled is if it get contaminated with wrong fluids.
