If the smart key battery dies, you can easy replace it with any CR2032 battery. To replace the smart key battery, follow these steps: 1. Remove the smart key rear cover by prying it open. 2. Remove the old battery. 3. Carefully insert the new battery, positive side up. 4. Replace the key cover. Tip Always make sure that your hands are very clean and very dry when replacing the battery, otherwise you can cause serious damage.
