Ok does the relay click when you turn the key on or when cranking it? Have you checked for codes in the computer? Are you sure the fuses are good?

Fuse is good I hear clicking no have not checked codes

Ok there should be two main relays. Do both of them click when the key is turned on? Does the check engine light come on with the key on for 2 seconds for a bulb check?

Thank you for that information. I thought the main relay could do this but looking at the wiring diagram, I would recommend to check the inputs going into the computer directly with the key on. It could be a bad ECM or possibly a wiring issue preventing the ECM from powering up. A bad or insufficient input to the computer can and will cause this issue. In addition, if the reference voltage is shorted out that the computer sends out to the sensors due to a bad sensor or a wiring issue, it can and will short out the ECM making it look bad. Your best bet would be to start by confirming all powers and grounds going into the ECM with the key on and then making sure the reference voltage leaving the ECM going to the sensors under the hood (TPS, MAP etc..) is not shorted out for any reason in any way and then replace the ECM as needed. I would recommend to check the inputs to the relay to determine what is missing. Power or ground. This is going to be done with the key on.

Ok your going to need to get communication back with the computer first before going any further. This could be a faulty ECM.
