Q: Fuel cutoff switch light is on

asked by on

The fuel cutoff switch light is lit on the dashboard, and my car won't start.

Ok here is what I found about the fuel cutoff switch. Sometimes the connectors to the inertia switch located in the trunk become corroded and need to be cleaned and re-terminated. I would recommend having a technician come out and rewire the inertia switch located in the trunk and that should fix your problem.
