At the AIR pump relay while removed. Check these pins.
- Pin 30 power all the time from fuse 30
- Pin 86 power with the key on
- Pin 85 ground when a scan tool has commanded the AIR on
- Jump a wire from pin 30 to 87 and see if the air pump runs.
