Hi, my name is Jay Do you have and have you tried a second remote? The key fob will still start car and may still have issue with lock controls if remote has internal issue or car has issue recognizing it. Will it lock the doors?

I do not have a 2nd remote and it will not lock or unlock doors

When you take it to dealer it would pay to have system fixed and also have them program a second remote for you also so you have a second key at the same time. It would cost a lot of money if lost the one key and did not have second key to get in vehicle. The problem can be in remote now or its connection to car.

Why is my temperature gauge going up and down?

my nissan juke will not accelerate over 2mph, when i turned the car off and back on it started working again.
Hi Jenny. Thanks for contacting us today. Sometimes when it gets extremely cold outside, electrically controlled systems can have difficulty working. So, it's possible that your throttle control module might be the root issue. However, there are other mechanical causes...
