Dash and parking lights not working

I appreciate the assistance. I had to put everything back on to take care of my kids so I’m looking for brainstorming on what could be the problem. i honestly forgot about the relay module. I don’t have the owners manual. Does the module control the dash/parking/fog lights?

the relay module has a few different relays in it. (see pic)

I see, but doesn’t show about the dash or fog lights

the parking lamp relay is tied to the dash and fog light circuitry

That does explain the connection, would there be any other diagnosis as to why it’s not working
