Q: Q: Engine Oil

No oil change for 28k miles.

My car has 141000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

It is a bit unclear what the question is but assuming you are looking for an oil recommendation, it would depend on the driving habits and conditions the truck is subjected to. Since it has been 28k miles since the last oil change, I would recommend a synthetic oil as this type of oil is much more suited for high mileage, high mileage intervals between oil changes and high performance engines.
