These codes are for EGR low flow and and a EGR valve being stuck open. Sounds to me like carbon buildup has wedged the valve open and further blocked flow through it. Have a certified mechanic, like one from YourMechanic, verify the valve is clogged and replace the EGR valve if necessary.
