Q: Door lock broken

asked by on

Internal parts of the door lock are broken. The door key turns, but the lock won't respond.

With the door lock able to be turned with the key and the door still does not lock, typically means that the linkage for the door locks has been broken. A qualified technician will be able to diagnose this issue with your door lock.
