Q: Q: dashboard warning lights

asked by on

I had used my Subaru to jump start another car, no lights were on before this, once the battery was jumped, the check engine, traction control lights came on, and my cruise control light started blinking.

My car has 78000 miles.
My car has a manual transmission.

Hi Robbin. Thanks for contacting us today. Sometimes, when you connect the battery terminals to another car, it can cause electrical issues to occur. In most cases, this is just a glitch, where the error codes can be removed by a professional mechanic by completing a warning light inspection.
