Q: Dashboard lights and speedometer malfunctioning

asked by on

The dashboard is not functioning properly. The icons are lit up, and the speedometer is not functioning.

Hi there. A problem such as this can be caused by many things. Anything from a bad battery, to wiring problems, can cause the vehicle’s cluster to behave erratically. As problems like these can sometimes be difficult to diagnose, I would recommend having a professional technician, such as one from YourMechanic, inspect the vehicle’s electrical components to determine the correct repair.
