Check your harmonic balancer and possibly cv shafts. Inspection on harmonic balancer will be harder but the have rubber lining an it swells and extracts. Jeeps are known for this issue and sqeeling when cold start happens.

I hate going to my dealership I always feel because I am a woman they will give me a thousand other thing to check is their verbiage I need to lead with so they don’t take all my money

Dont go to dealership. Lead with vibration from center ofvengine. Your rack and pinion is bolted right by harmonic balance. Any mechanic shop can visually inspect.
