Then tell me what codes are stored. If needed i can provide the diag steps for the old codes and the new ones at that time.

we drove it around a couple of times after deleting the codes and putting some injector cleaner in the fuel tank as well as filling it up. Everything appears to be working now! Although we have a permanent code now (p0106)

I just replaced the MAP sensor a couple weeks ago. Also I cleared the code and there is no longer a check [engine](/topics-engine-chevy/) light but it still pops up on the scanner.

That means it is an intermittent concern, which is harder to diagnose. Possibly a vacuum hose leaking or a concern with its wiring.
