Q: Car is overheating.

Car is overheating.it takes about 10 min. Has new intake gasket. New radiator. No leaks or smoke coming from it. Also half of the engine gets hot. 1 fan won’t turn on, ive replaced the relays. It works but only when it wants to. Engine oil is clean. Coolant is also clean. Could it possibly be a sensor, ecm, water pump or just simply need a flush?

My car has 200000 miles.
