Automotive Expert
have you checked compression?

I havent checked the compression in the cylinder
Automotive Expert
That would be the next step could be weak comoression from a internal issue causing the missfire

Ok what sort of issue could we be looking at potentially? I also have a new fuel rail with injectors im waiting to install
Automotive Expert
it could be the injector as well if you have a compression gauge its a quick easy test

Ive got one coming tomorrow which i can doWhats sort of internal issues could it be?
Automotive Expert
bad rings or a valve issue

Ok so quite bad then could a vacuum leak possibly cause this?
Automotive Expert
usually it will not effect only 1 cylinder

Thought so ok well ive checked the oil isnt milky and the exhaust smoke isnt white if the fuel pressure isnt right then there are a few different problems it could be correct?
Automotive Expert
correct
