hello welcome to justanswer.com my name is \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* i am here to help answer your questions so before replacing the sensor did you have a code for it and did you get a factory sensor to replace it

I had a code cant remember the number but it said crankshaft. I got the replacement from auto zoneIt's almost like a fuel problem to me . I did remove the intake and high pressure fuel pump to get at the sensor

Do you think it’s base fuel pressure or high pressure pump side

Not sure but guessing high pressure side

High pressure when I depressed the Schrader valve there was fuel but no pressure like the 1600 to 2000 psi

When removing the pump was there a spring and cup that rides on a lobe was the spring put back and if you remove the high pressure pump if you push it with a screwdriver can you feel anything when pumping it

Spring was intact and there is resistance if pushedPut the old crank sensor back on
