To replace the engine with a rebuilt long block is 24 hours labor , it will come with all of the gaskets you need , but you will have ot buy things like spark plugs , fluid filters , a new water pump etc.

As far as quality , i would go with the better warrantee or price its hard to say which is better , any rebuild can be defective but so can any major engine work .
