was everything shifting and working ok before the problem?

changed the clutch master cylinder and bled it now when i come to a stop it shut the engine offeverything shifts good until i push the clutch in to stop then it shuts off

Sounds like you still have air in the system try re bleeding it with. have a helper pump 5x and you crack the bleeder, when pedal goes to floor close bleeder and then repeat 15x.
