Q: Battery? Starter? Something else?
So say about after a half an hour of driving if i turn off the car and try to restart it.. The car will fully start but after i put it in drive it will shut down? All of the dash board lights will come on and i would have to try again.. Sometimes if i keep my foot on the gas it will stay started enough for me to acually drive..ive had the battery+ alternator checked at both autozone and oreilly's and they both say both are running perfect.. I replaced one of the battery cables and it helped for a little while but keeps happening.. If you can help that would be great this has been happening the whole lifetime i had the car so over 2 years ..oh and also after the car sits for alont time (over night) it will start up right away as if nothing happened
