Q: Average price to replace outer door skin?

asked by on

Just looking for the average price on replacing an outer door skin.

My car has 290000 miles.
My car has a manual transmission.

A: In order to get the door skin replaced you ...

In order to get the door skin replaced you will need to look into different body shops to get quotes. Be aware of low ball quotes. If you get the door skin replaced you will also need to have it painted to match the car. I'd suggest getting at least 3 quotes from 3 different body shops.
