Q: Are there any aftereffects the car goes through after replacing the purge valve?
I recently changed the purge valve because my car would have trouble starting every time I add gas. After I replaced it, I went to add gas to my car and it started up just fine. But now whenever I am near to a full stop, the car starts to idle rough and it becomes worse when the car is idling. I'm wondering if this is the car just relearning itself again or maybe something else. I also have a code to replace catalytic converter. Maybe that's the problem now?
