Q: AC evaporator tank clogged

asked by on

The AC evaporator tank is clogged and overflows into the passenger compartment.

It is very possible that one of the AC drains are clogged. Blowing compressed air up through the drain tube may be enough to clear the clog. In the most extreme case the AC box can be removed and the drains can be cleaned. You may want to enlist the help of a mechanic, like one from YourMechanic, who will have the tools and expertise to clear the AC drains.
