Q: 5.3 Chevy engine loud ticking noise from starting till shutting the truck off

as soon as i start the engine there is a very loud ticking noise it does get louder when stepping on the gas peddle had a tuneup done and some of the spark plugs were caked with a thick white residue did not help complete engine flush did help cut the ticking noise down about 50% when and had it put on a duyno codes po 303 cylinder 3 misfire po343 cmp sensor circuit high input
