Chuck is great, its just unfortunate that the correct repair order was not entered to address the original complaint - the door panel and door handle. This window-motor issue was never the problem

Though Chuck was not able to fix my problem because he did not have the tools to diagnose the issue, which he did explain to me on the phone, he did educate me on the issue and did confirm I have a fuel leak. The previous mechanic from another shop told me there was no leak. He felt bad that I had to pay the service fee, but I told him it was worth it just to have a second opinion and he at least showed me where the issue was located. Appreciate Chuck’s honesty and knowledge.
