I have never dealt with a better mechanic in my life! Todd is super knowledgeable about all aspects of car maintenance, and super friendly. I had a no start on my truck because of what I guessed was a crank sensor issue. Todd found no communication from the PCM. He checked my fuses, injectors, and other sensors, and he realized it was the PCM. Awesome attention to detail. He got the truck started with a pcm he had at his shop, and he followed me home to make sure I was ok. He even gave me a ride back to work to get my rental. I’m calling him again for future work.

Todd was wonderful. He communicated with me every step, making sure I was fully informed of the issue, and even took a few minutes to break the electronic issue down into a concept I could understand.

Was earlie to work on my truck unfortunately he was not able to remove the old rusted frozen bolts without the possibility to damage other parts. We agree that it was better to take it to a shop that could work on the truck even if they broke the frozen bolts.

As silly as it sounds, the issue is most likely caused by an intermittent failure in your Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM). Of course it’s important to have the circuit and connections checked, but the TIPM is the most common...
Tie rod broke, scared to drive truck now
Answered by Derek
The failure was most likely caused by water intrusion. Dodge has released customer satisfaction letter L04 that outlines the issue that you have experienced. The letter states that vehicles shipped to cold weather climates allow water ingression; thus causing wear...
Heater stopped working, where’s the problem?
Answered by Derek
The best solution for this issue is to replace your Heater, Vent and A/C (HVAC) housing. A little explanation is needed here. Inside that housing are several doors that direct airflow, either through the heater core or evaporator, as well...
Truck stalls out when driving
Answered by Derek
Stalling issues can be not only dangerous but nerve racking, as they can be often hard to predict. There are many possible causes, and to help the technicians narrow down the cause, it is recommended to track the time, temperature...
