Chris was great! He diagnosed an AC issue with my VW Jetta. Since we didnt know what was wrong initially, he came prepared to fix many different things. He suggested trying an inexpensive repair first and was willing to come back if that did not work. I really appreciated his knowledge of the electrical and AC systems on my car.

Jay was well informed as to what needed to be done. He made sure all parts were ordered. He finished the work on my vehicle ahead of schedule and reviewed his inspection findings.
