Lucas fixed my car door lock actuator quickly and professionally. A small part was needed from the dealership but he was quick to pick that up and returned to complete the job. I had my son with me and he made the effort to get my keys to and from me closer so I wouldn’t have to carry my son so far through the parking garage. Common courtesy is not very common these days, which makes me appreciate his thoughtfulness even more!

I have a car that was shipped from Chicago and wasn't driven for a while, so naturally the battery died, however I wasn't sure if it was the only problem. My mechanic was David Martin, he called ahead of time to inform me that he might be a little late due to horrible traffic which allowed me time to run an errand (otherwise I would have had to sit around and wait), he actually arrived early and did not mind at all that I was late from my errand.
