Carlos arrived later than normal, but kept me in the loop without leaving me unaware of what’s going on. Very kind and well informative. He did a 90,000 mile maintenance check on my scion this evening. The appointment took about 45-60 minutes total. Thankfully found no severe issues besides getting my parking brake better looked at. I’m looking forward to working with Carlos again in the future.
