Nathan arrived on time, got right to work, and wrapped the job up in a reasonable amount of time. He never hesitated to keep trying to diagnose the problem, despite trying some plausible solutions. Everything Nathan did prior to solving the problem was necessary maintenance, so there were no unneeded repairs. I found him personable, intelligent, and hard working.
