Called several mobile mechanics before try this service out. I left voicemails, no one called back from the other mobile mechanics. I was skeptical about going through mechanic.com, but went ahead and booked someone. Mung called me back within a few minutes of making my reservation. He was on time and even offered to show up earlier than the time I set the appointment for. I was contemplating buying another car, because I thought it was over for my 2001 Toyota Camry. He quickly found the problem after trying to start the car a few times.
Mung showed up right on time. He tighten the belt that was installed at his last visit. It was loose and I'm sure the reason for the noise. He also reset the "maintenance required" light, and the "check engine light" went out.
He showed up on time was very friendly polite and respectable he got the job very efficiently and in a timely manor he was very knowledgeable I would use him again as well as recommend him

I believe Mung is a capable mechanic. Therefore, the three stars are for him. If I could rate the company he represents it would be one star. Thought I had a inner and outer door handle issue with the the rear passenger side of my Yukon Denali. Turned out that a cable had come loose inside the door and I didn't need the parts that were preordered and sent to Mung. He said he had no idea how to return the parts for credit or whether it was allowed. I tried to call the 800 number the company provided twice but after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes each time I ran out of patience. Bottom line is I am now stuck with $143.93 worth of parts I'll never need. Should have just taken it to the dealership. My recommendation is unless you know exactly what's wrong and exactly what parts are going to be required don't use this service. You'll most likely spend less at your local repair shop.
