Not all Roberts fault however after having to wait an additional 5 hours on the first appointment only to find out they sent the wrong part and had to reschedule and the on the second rescheduled appointment had to wait and additional 5 hours after appointment time, that's 10 additional hours I/we had to wait to get the service done is just terrible business practice!
