Josh was an excellent mechanic. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was serviced correctly and identified other areas of concern. Very professional and the You Mechanic experience was way better than any shop experience I have had. No pressure and no hassle fair prices with a quality mechanic. I will use this service again due largely to the service Josh provided. With some of the shop mechanic experiences I have had, after my services with them I usually feel like I've been taken for more than the service should have cost. This was not so with my experience with Your Mechanic.

Josh is very knowledgeable and has a great working attitude. He is easy to converse with and ready to answer any questions about additional maintenance issues I had. His recommendations were on point. Issues about a wrong part I purchased were remedied with his assistance and he was able to complete the scheduled work order. It was a great first experience to have Josh from Your Mechanic come and service my truck at home. I will definitely schedule additional critical work required with Josh. I highly recommend him to service your vehicle. Other Your Mechanic staff are great to deal with when I had to call the 1-800 number.

Josh went above and beyond to help me out. He was very thorough in my inspection and did a great job identifying all issues-critical, moderate, low with my vehicle.
