Honorio was the best!! He was on time, efficient, skilled, and friendly. He let me watch over his shoulder or would explain to me what he was testing if I asked, and was always polite and helpful (even when I was probably being annoying - I'm just a curious person!) Super professional without being at all distant. This was my first experience with Your Mechanic, but he made it easy! Also, when initially I didn't receive the discount for being a first time customer, he personally called the company to make sure my bill was fixed before he left. I even offered to just call customer service myself and ask about a refund (since clearly this wasn't in his job description to sort our billing problems), but he just said it was no problem and got the bill fixed in minutes. I would highly recommend Honorio for any higher-level repairs or diagnostics, especially to do with Air Conditioning problems. He clearly knows what he is doing, and was able to diagnose a problem without disassembling my car - the last mechanic I went to about AC (two years ago, not related to Your Mechanic) told me there was no way to know the problem without removing the front of my car!! (A LOT more expensive, just in terms of labor). HONORIO IS A PRO! Thanks so much, Honorio, I hope to work with you again in the future :)

Very professional. I accidentally put diesel fuel in a gas engine without realizing it and drove for another 25mins and typically the engine has no hope at this moment. Whitney quickly identified the problem and told me not to try to start it again to save further loss. Later he came back and drained the fuel out, and the engine amazingly started again. You may say it is by luck but it is definitely Whitney's professional approach that helped me prevent any further losses.
