Genaro is prepared, punctual, knowledgeable, experienced and capable. He has worked on my car several times now, and even when yourmechanic.com gave him the wrong part (not his fault-- the alternator plug was wrong), he went out of his way to communicate with me as far as scheduling to come back the next day (it was already after 4pm, so there wasn't any more that could be done the same day). He is receptive to what I tell him I think is going on with the car, but I am grateful that he always uses his own judgement and doesn't take my anecdotes as evidence. Travis was very personable, and I felt very confident he would do a good job. He pointed out what was wrong with hose and showed it to me. He also showed me my rear brakes needed to be done. I had been told by Honda in the past that would need to be done. I'm going to have Travis do the work.

Great experience. J called on the day of the appointment and was able to come early due to a cancellation he had from another appointment. I handed him the keys and he knocked out the repair in about 30 minutes in the parking lot of my apartment complex. It was a canister purge valve replacement. He took care of the issue quickly and by the time I finished my work call he was done. Easy. Saved me about $150 from what Firestone and other repair shops were charging. Highly recommend.
