Before the appointment, Doug called me saying he'd be a little late due to procurement of parts. Then my worst fears were realized when Doug found out that my problem went deeper than just changing out brake pads. It turns out I need new calipers. However Doug explained to me that it would be a future job, and he gave me a quote on the spot to fix it at a later date. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend Doug, and highly recommend YourMechanic. Will definitely use them for any future car repairs/maintenance.
