This was my first experience with Your Mechanic service. Very happy with Deane as my mechanic. He saved the day for me. He is honest, thorough, and no worries about someone else who might make up services that were really not needed, which I have felt is sometimes the case when travelling to auto repair businesses nearby.

Chris A showed up on time and waited 30 minutes for me to get to my car. I don’t know anyone else who would have waited that long. He was fast too so it didn’t take long to replace my front brake pads. It was nice to drive my car afterwards with no squeaking from my brakes. Thanks Chris. I appreciate you and your help. :)

Tabitha is freaking awesome !!! I have had a long standing issue...last mechanic didn't do the job, only said he did.Thankfully she spotted it and worked with me getting it all resolved. I sincerely appreciate her.

Tabitha was great. On time, very personable, very quick for the task and good with pointers. Although the work did not solve the issue which had nothing to do with her work (process of elimination), the parts installed were better than original.
