Jose came through and did a great job after a prior mechanic improperly installed the serpentine/drive belt on my SUV when replacing the alternator. I was truly disillusioned and unwilling to do business with Your Mechanic after the initial service. However, Jose's honesty and competence restored my faith in the business. I will do business with Your Mechanic in the future and specifically request Jose as my mechanic.

Jose is knowledgeable and honest. He saved me some money by telling me I booked unneeded services and did just what I needed. He also has the same kind of car as me and understands not every car needs the same routines at the same times, and gave me some advice about my prius battery. As a bonus, he showed up 10 minutes early and finished an hour or so before the estimated time given.
