John was great. He was early {very unusual for me} and went straight to work. He had all the parts and supplies he needed to do the job and he explained what he was doing every step. I told him that I brought it to another shop who diagnosed the vehicle and he gave me his opinion as to what I should fix next, which wiil be the brakes.
