Rocco came to my home to check out my car since it would not start. I did not want to go through the hassle of having to tow it to a repair shop and wait around. I had a problem with my starter. With repairs like this you would think you'd have to go to a repair shop but I'm relieved I was able to have it fixed at my home from someone professional. He came and checked out my problem (which took less than an hour), provided an estimate along with how much time/labor would be involved and the next day came and made the repair. And I was able to save time without waiting around for other customers and cars ahead of mine like at a shop. I'd definitely use the service and call him again in the future :)

This is experience was good, not great. Louis was likeable and seemed knowledgeable. Appt was 11:15 but he didn't arrive til 3:15, however he called to let me know he was having a problem with the appt before me. Louis asked when he called if I had both batteries for my Mercedes, which I did not, only the main battery. It gave me time to find one locally and have my daughter pick it up & drop it by before Louis got here. That was extremely helpful and saved time for both of us. My only issue is that I'm now unable to move the drivers seat in any direction. The passenger side is fine. I know he checked those batteries because I saw them in his hand. I'd appreciate a phone call from Louis if possible to perhaps walk me through this issue.
