Rohan is a very experienced auto mechanic who quickly diagnosed my hesitation problem as a transmission shifting problem. I will have the transmission flushed and refilled with new fluid. He arrived approximately 20 minutes later than the scheduled time which is good for later in the afternoon. I was also kept up to date about his arrival thru texts. Before test driving the car he document any external damage to eliminate any future problems. The whole process took about an hour and I am confident his recommendation with fix my problem.
