Chris was able to arrive early and get on with providing an excellent service and replaced the water pump by tackling the issues that an older well worn piece of equipment can create due to age. The old pump was difficult to extract but Chris used all his knowledge and patience to persevere and remove the old pump and then installed the new pump and cleanup like a true professional. The job is complete and my car is back to performing normal in that area of operation. Thank you Chris !

Got an update that he was on site. Introduced himself wearing his mask. Went over my car’s symptoms and he went to work. Easy to talk with and wasn’t disturbed by me asking questions.
