Stefan explained the findings well and I was very happy overall with his visit.
But I'm disappointed that I haven't received any follow up from the company in the 6 hours since the visit. They charged my card for the diagnostic shortly after the visit but they haven't followed up, letting me know the estimate to fix the car, or at least that an estimate is being created, and a time frame for getting the estimate. So I have a diagnostic but also a car in my driveway that I can't drive, and no communication about the next step.
