Phillip was going to be a little late due to traffic (totally understandable, it's Orlando at rush hour) but he kept me updated on his ETA the whole way! Super friendly and comfortable to chat with when going over what needed to get done. He even finished the job 15 minutes earlier than the estimated quote!
