John was on time for the appointment and was polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem with my car not starting, and also conducted an overall inspection of the car. This was useful because he mentioned an issue or two I was not aware of that I will need to watch as I don't want problems to develop. Overall time of service was approximately one hour. I would utilize the services of Your Mechanic again although of course I'd prefer not to have more problems with the car!

After having had a horrible experience w a mobile mechanic last year, you can understand why I would be reluctant to hire another one. However, after my Maxda 3 went into Limp Mode yesterday leaving work, because my transmission started slipping, I immediately thought of YourMechanic. The reviews on Yelp were outstanding & I needed this done right away. Wilson was on time, early in fact. He was professional, knowledgeable & courteous. We had a great conversation about my car, what it needed. I know some things, I'm not a mechanic obviously, but he was never condesending while talking to me about the job, which had been my experience in the past. Needless to say, I am extremely satisfied with my experience, so much so, they while he was still working on my car, I scheduled him for another big job this Monday afternoon. CALL THESE GUYS, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. And if your are in the Maitland area, request Wilson specifically.
