This was the best experience ever. I booked the appointment Saturday morning with Anthony and he was at my house early for our 9:00am Sunday appointment to replace the front brakes on 2001 Toyota Avalon. Anthony is very professional and explained what, where, why and when. He photographed everything (parts, car) and made voice notes that are kept as part of My Mechanic record. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this service. It was much cheaper than Big O quote [ price of parts was significant difference) and he took the time to explain and even show me the parts and his work. I will definitely use Anthony at My Mechanic for all future repairs.
