Received notification via text that he was on his way (ahead of the scheduled 10:30 AM appointment, but that was fine) and was able to track his location on my phone. Friendly and knowledgeable. Completed the work and cleaned the garage floor from any fluid spills. Talked about further ways to care for my car's issues, signed on his phone that the job was complete and authorized payment. Very convenient, efficient and, in my case, much less than the local garage (about $300 less!) If you know what the issue is with your vehicle, this is definitely the way to go. Very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the throttle body cleaning process before even starting the work. During the process, showed me the soiled throttle body once removed and afterwards showed me the clean throttle body and the carbon deposits in the pan that had been removed. Efficiently managed his time and was professional from start to finish. Highly recommended!!
