Whitney is a great mechanic. I gotten the diagnostic code from different service. I decided to change out the oxygen sensor as a possible problem. Whitney researched the code and showed me what his reference suggested, which was 3 possible issues. He then he talked me through possible options. However, he let me decide on the solution path that I wanted to take. He was reasonable with his suggestions and seemed genuine in only trying to get me the right solutions to appropriately service my car. I would see him again to follow up on any future issues, and highly recommend him to others.

I would strongly recommend Jason, who is a highly knowledgeable, skilled, and courteous professional. Jason went above and beyond, starting by thoroughly inspecting and performing the work (replacing an alternator and belt), but also taking the time to inspect other parts of the car (e.g. brakes, etc.) to ensure they're in good working condition. Jason also made helpful recommendations regarding future car maintenance. Overall, Jason was very friendly, conversational, and helpful throughout - again, would definitely recommend!
