Mark was very attentive. Kept me up to date on the status of my truck. It just so happens that my truck happened to have one thing go wrong after another and Mark came out to my house each time without complaint and eager to help. I jokingly told him,"Thanks for coming by, but I hope I don't have to see you again any time soon." With the exception of one misunderstanding, everything was great.
